The Real Cosmos from Sensorica

The Russian project Sensorica spent a long four years working on their debut album "Artifact/The Realm Of Fancy." It all began from afar – with a release on the Japanese trance label Shiva Space Technology, where the duo immediately established itself as a collective with its own identity, which is not easy to achieve on the heavily saturated global trance scene. But Sensorica made a mark and did not stop moving forward for a minute. Shortly after, they released a vinyl on two labels – Compressed Recordings and Celebrate Records. The vinyl featured the track "Few Days Away," which resonated with trance scene luminaries like Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Thrillseekers, and others.

Then came tours, performances across Russia and foreign countries (both near and far).

Throughout their career, dedicating as much time as possible to studio work, the duo approached 2007 in excellent creative shape – an example of which is the double album showcasing the full spectrum of music produced by Sensorica.

The album is divided into two parts – the first part consists of progressive trance for the largest dance spaces. You close your eyes and imagine – is it outer space, a huge open-air, or a giant rave? Yet, you happily realize that everything is done to European standards and with expertise. This means that in terms of sound, presentation, and everything else – it is done according to European quality standards. Such quality could easily emerge from a European star level like Tiesto (who, by the way, enjoys playing Sensorica's music).

The second disc features beautiful music for chill-out. This is a trance ambient where the rhythm is removed, and all attention is focused on melody, weaving exquisite and picturesque musical passages. A true, unadulterated cosmos consisting of melodies and emotions.

The album turned out to be rich and diverse, but exactly as romantic souls would want it to be.
