Netslov in Budapest

In mid-September, the band "Netslov" participated in the Russian weekend as part of the "Season of Russian Culture in Hungary". The performance took place in one of Budapest’s best clubs located on an old Soviet ship "Artemovsk-38" ("A-38") on the Danube River in the city center.
The festival lasted two days. On the first day, the famous Hungarian band "Masfel", "Children of Picasso", and Yuri Gurji with the project "Russian disco" performed, while on the second - "Volkov Trio", "Noise Orchestra", and "Netslov". The performance of Dan Kalashnikov's band was well received. The audience particularly energised to vocal rather than instrumental compositions, even though there were few Russians in the audience. "During this trip, we had plenty of time to walk around the city," says Dan Kalashnikov. "I was greatly surprised that the traces of Soviet influence are still very much felt in Budapest... Of course, it was not without local spirits - "palinka", a kind of pear grappa. It was while tasting it that I socialised with other festival participants.
