New Year Gift - Erick Morillo

First Club presents a long-awaited event in the capital's club scene this Saturday and a unique New Year gift for all music lovers and fans of the big DJ – Erick Morillo.

Among the living legends of Ibiza, the most famous American DJ Erick Morillo ranks in the top ten. Eric, holder of the proud title of "the most European of Americans", has almost become a resident of the island, feeding guests the finest house music at Pacha. Parties of his label Subliminal – one of America's influential house labels – have been held at Pacha for several years now – a true palace of glamour and luxury. This summer, alongside Morillo on the decks were Tommy Lee, Lenny Kravitz, and the great and terrible P. Diddy. The former member of the popular (albeit very briefly) group Reel 2 Real is linked to the flamboyant rapper-multibillionaire by an old and fruitful friendship – the friends constantly appear on each other's albums.

His work in Reel 2 Real and friendship with Sean "Diddy" Combs has not gone unnoticed – an immense influence of hip-hop is felt in the American's sets. At the same time, this is selected, worthy American house, which has been recognized at the famous London Ministry of Sound, where Eric DJed for several years, and at the equally famed Crobar in Miami.

Eric successfully combines his work as a DJ with composing. He does not shy away from remixes: together with Jose Nunez and Harry Romero – the brightest stars of his label Subliminal, Morillo founded the trio The Dronez, which has produced hundreds of remixes of various pop compositions.
