New Experiments by Random Factor

The proud British city of Leeds is known for its developed industry - both industrial and entertainment. The local club Basics, a harmonious part of the latter, shone with Back to Basics parties organized by Ralph Lawson and his associates at the turn of the last century. Hours-long dance trips and studio experiments sparked a predictable idea in the creative minds of Ralph and his friend Karl Finlow to create their own highly successful record label, 20:20 Vision. Karl became the brain center of the company, producing most of the label's early releases and releasing his own productions under the creative pseudonym Random Factor. Random Factor's debut album 'Too Fast Into The Future' lives up to its name - the level of production and creative ideas of this long-lasting release still evoke a strong sense of the avant-garde almost ten years after its release. A couple of years ago, Karl got married and moved to Paris, where he successfully continues to experiment with sound in his newly furnished studio - a new album by Random Factor will be released soon, with tracks from it being played during the live performance of Random Factor at Propaganda.
