On May 29, at the 16 Tons club, the cult musician and composer Vladimir Ratskevich will present a new project with his participation - Zoom.ra.
The Zoom.ra project and the CD "Art De Mixage" (Exotica) are, in fact, the creation of a kind of "sub-label"
consolidating all previous experiments on the electronic scene, including the Ra-Zoom studio and the Electric Future stage project.
Zoom.ra is a unique audio show within the cutting edge of music discovery. The search for new audio-musical palettes for the innovative electronic scene and the creation of a range of core creative technologies particularly sets the project apart. Synthetic music in real time, the birth of unique compositions that transform into one another in the most complex mix mode - this is “radio theater” today and tomorrow under
called Zoom.ra.
When creating tracks, carefully selected equipment, a variety of specially found voice, noise and musical samples, and unique proprietary technologies are used. The stylistic diversity is extremely great: in a harmonious, evolving mixture there are jazz, soul, funky, rock, blues, hip-hop, techno, drum'n'bass, soundtracks, poetry, electronic trick oddities and much unexpected. Zoom.ra is a completely new work, unlike Ratskevich’s previous work.
