New Album by Dave Clarke

After numerous live performances held this summer by one of the main English techno DJs, Dave Clarke, he has finally announced the release of his second album "Devil Advocate". If his first album "Archive one", released in 1996 on the Bush label, included elements of soul and hip-hop that were very originally presented by Clarke, then in the second album these elements will be even more tightly intertwined with techno and electronic music. "This album unites the heart and soul of both my tracks and the music that I have loved over the past three decades," says Clarke about the time when he played hip-hop and soul music. Now Dave is working closely with the girl electro trio Chicks on Speed, whose producer is the well-known Toby Newman. DJ Rush is also involved in the work on the album, and together they recorded the track "Blue as Blue," which takes listeners back to Dave Clarke's hip-hop past. Additionally, the track "Way of Life" features vocals by DJ Rush. According to those who have heard the promo of his new album, Clarke has somewhat departed from the techno and house music with which his name is associated as a DJ. His album will be available on shelves from October 27.
