Markus Enochson can rightfully be called one of the main figures of the Swedish house scene. Having releases on 'major' labels like Masters At Work, F-Comm, or Fabric in his arsenal, he continues his quest for the perfect beat in the camp of Berliners Jazzanova and their leftfield jazz collective Sonar Kollektiv. The album 'Night Games', released this fall on Sonar Kollektiv, has been widely recognized as Marcus's long-awaited breakthrough on the big electro-jazz scene. According to the musician himself, collaborating with the Berlin label allowed him to reveal completely new facets of his talent and lay the foundation for the next stage in his creativity. Markus has been an integral part of Sweden's house culture for many years and has also proven himself as a DJ on the global club scene. His music crosses traditional genre boundaries, and the release of the album 'Night Games' marked the beginning of a completely new musical journey, even Markus himself does not know where it will lead him.
