New Mix by Grad: "The History of Azuli"

Diamond continues to actively collaborate with the English label Azuli, and now, having full rights to manage the label's gigantic back catalog, launches a whole series of DJ mixes dedicated to this label. The first mix in this series is the work of the famous Russian DJ Grad: "The History of Azuli". DJ Grad was chosen for this mix not by chance – firstly, he is one of the best Russian house DJs, loved by all, and secondly, he is well acquainted with the Azuli label due to his occupation and therefore was able to correctly present the most interesting releases that have come out on this English label. The disc truly reflects the musical priorities of the label, introduces listeners to its musical history, and mirrors the musical preferences of the well-known DJ. The first CD showcases a more "glamorous" Grad. This is how he appears in the tiny Moscow club "Garage," at a semi-closed party for his circle, or on the beach of some very beautiful and warm sea, where there are, no matter where you look, the most beautiful girls and the best people who love fun and dancing. The second CD presents Grad as a DJ who can easily handle vast masses of people, big club dance floors hosting two thousand or more. Slightly dark, with glimpses of vocals, but not sliding into rigidity or excessive cheerfulness. This is Grad – everything is very pleasant, accessible, and highly danceable.
