New Release 'Vapourise'

USA, Russia, Portugal, Australia – a good geography for two DJs. Russian Serge Q, constantly shuttling between Moscow, London, and New York, and Australian progressive house ideologist Kasey Taylor, who himself says he resides in Portugal but was made in Melbourne. Their tireless passion for widescreen dance music bears fruit – for example, Kasey Taylor, after his first performance at the Moscow club "Slava" among lovers and connoisseurs of progressive house, has gained numerous fans who later unsuccessfully tried to find his mixes for sale.

Serge Q initially became famous as a promoter, organizing the arrival of many stars of the English and American progressive house scenes. Simultaneously with his organizing activities, he began to frequently perform at various Moscow clubs, like Apriori, XIII, and at various events by the famous Moscow promo team "Zeppelin."

They have known each other for quite a while, and finally, their long-standing dream has come true – to make a joint mix. The mix is titled "Vapourise," likely named after the Vapour Recordings label, which Taylor owns. This label is very well-known in the progressive house scene and is considered authoritative. Many talented young artists have released their works on it, such as Luke Chable, Greed, D Nox & Beckers.

The collaborative work of Taylor and Q – "Vapourise" showcases the entire spectrum of modern progressive house. Melodic, gloomy, danceable, sometimes contemplative, and sometimes soaked in romance – but all of this is progressive house in its many manifestations. A plethora of well-known names, a decent amount of spry and very interesting youth, but most importantly, both of these mixes possess what good DJ mixes should – danceability and interest.
