DяgileV project presents Syke’n’Sugarstarr. Serhat Sakin and Matthias Weber, known as Syke’n’Sugarstarr, have long been considered some of the brightest representatives of the European House music scene. Since the late 90s, they have gained wide popularity not only as DJs but also as talented producers, having released a significant number of club hits. In addition to releasing their own music, Serhat and Matthias also work on remixes and as producers for stars like Mousse T, Incognito, The Disco Boys, Gadjo, Armand van Helden, and Hardsoul.
The influence of Syke’n’Sugarstarr on the development of House music and the music industry as a whole becomes clear when familiarized with the extensive list of music labels where their music has been released: from world-renowned labels such as "Subliminal," "Universal Music," "Kontor Rec.,” “Soulfuric,” “Swingcity,” “Southern Fried,” or “Peppermint Jam” to their own recently founded label "Do The Hip Recordings."
Recently, they released their first album titled "Best Of Syke’n’Sugarstarr", which includes the most popular tracks and remixes of Syke’n’Sugarstarr. Of course, hits like "Ticket 2 Ride" and "Release Your Mind," which topped international charts and solidified the reputation of Syke’n’Sugarstarr as top producers, were included.
What’s remarkable about Syke’n’Sugarstarr is that they always sound fresh. Whether in the studio or in their DJ sets, they are always open to new experiments. According to their motto "Back to the roots of House music," they are considered the best in this direction. And that’s exactly what we need now.
