ARMA17 has issued an official letter regarding the recent fire at the club. "On January 2, a fire broke out at ARMA17. The cause will only be announced after the investigation is complete. The damage to the club is significant, but the club's management has decided to restore the building, which has no analog in Moscow. The club's reopening is planned for the fall of 2009. Until then, ARMA17's main events will take place in a nearby building that was once the residence for the first events of the Renaissance Moscow series and Save festivals. Its address is 5 Susalny Lane, building 3A. All foreign artists who have performed at ARMA17 as headliners, and all leading global brands whose parties have become an integral part of Moscow's nightlife thanks to this club, have expressed their solidarity with its team and readiness to continue cooperation. The VIVA ARMA17 party featuring Steve Lawler will take place on January 24. Upon learning of the incident, the British DJ personally requested not to cancel his performance to support 'one of his favorite clubs.' Accompanying him to Moscow will be the Romanian duo Livio & Roby (residents of the Viva label). The ARMA17 team thanks everyone for their support during this challenging moment in the club's life."
