Masha Era's Performance in St. Petersburg

On April 20, a musical performance created by Masha Era in collaboration with Russian musician Ilya Shapovalov will take place at the new St. Petersburg club A2.
Electronic music with elements of neo-cabaret. Musical miniatures are accompanied by original video sequences and theatrical techniques: decorations on stage, symbolic objects, costumes, makeup, and movements of the heroine - all together create a sense of a single space for the viewer, a penetration into non-existence, where the subconscious anticipation of life seems more obvious and significant than everyday reality.
The performance develops motifs contained in the video installation "Non-existence", where a white girl appears in the space of a black room-cube, singing in a detached manner a lullaby to the human soul. The action strikes with the simplicity of the solution and sets the mood for those entering, outside of time, outside of space.
