The first electronic music festival in Italy

Having long claimed the status of one of Europe’s fashion centers, this summer Milan will also become the city hosting the first techno festival in Italy - Maximal. On June 13, around 60 DJs from different countries will perform on six stages of the festival site, designed by a team of renowned Dutch designers: Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, Dave Clarke, The Hacker, Monika Kruse, Len Faki, Alex Under, Rino Cerrone, Bas Mooy, and many others.
A special zone will be allocated for educational events: exhibitions, installations, performances, film screenings, and videos. Until May 29, Maximal is conducting a photography competition→ open to everyone. Winners will receive valuable prizes and the opportunity to become official reporters of the festival.
Finally, Maximal would not be an Italian event if its organizers had not considered the gastronomic aspect of the festival. Thus, there is a special page→ on the Maximal website that describes what festival guests can enjoy throughout the day.
