On November 16, 2001, St. Petersburg will turn into a mecca for Drum&Bass music fans for 12 hours. This will be the first-ever 'All-Russian Drum&Bass Convention' in the history of dance culture. The event will feature a 12-hour music festival on two dance floors (20:00 - 8:00), a conference for musicians and DJs, a press conference, and will be attended by over 40 top drum&bass DJs and musicians from St. Petersburg, Moscow, and other cities in Russia and the CIS.
