Plastikman Releases New Album and New Mix

The cult Canadian DJ and musician Richie Hawtin, after a five-year break, has finally finished his new album titled "Closer". The release of this album coincides with the tenth anniversary of his first album "Sheet One". According to Hawtin, "this is his most personal work to date," and for the first time in his entire creative career, the album will feature a track "Disconnect", where the voice of Mr. Plastikman himself can be heard. The album will be released on October 20, and the single "Disconnect" will appear a bit earlier - on September 22.
Hawtin is also preparing to release his new mix - "CTRL". Like the previous two "Decks, Efx & 909" and "DE9: Closer to the edit", it will be made using the wonderful device - Final Scratch, with which Richie explodes dance floors around the world. When the mix will be on sale is not yet reported. But Richie has already gone on a promo tour across North America and Canada.
