Premiere of the film 'Marathon'

On September 27, 2007, at the Oktyabr cinema, the premiere of the new snowboard film 'Marathon' by Stereotactic, directed by Dmitry Fesenko and Pavel Karyakhalin, will take place. The film can be considered a new word in Russian snowboarding not only due to its geography but also because it is shot in HD format. This year, the film will feature even more spectacular freeride and backcountry freestyle.
In the 2006/2007 season, filming took place in Kamchatka, Krasnaya Polyana, Dombay, Kyrgyzstan, the USA, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Switzerland, and Austria. The riders and operators had a serious number of hours of helicopter riding, which fundamentally changed the picture of 'Marathon': snowboarding in Russia has never been filmed like this before. The film also features rails and urban spots (Alexander Bragin chose the Japanese ship stuck in ice in the bay as his riding object).
As last year, Stereotactic will not limit the showing and noisy party only to Moscow but will take the premiere to several cities in Russia in support of the new project 'Marathon'!
The nationwide release of the film is scheduled for October 1, 2007.
