Project "Volga" in Alibi and Third Way

One holiday has ended, and another is already approaching. True music lovers know: to cope with such a heavy load, the body can rely on a dose of good music.
On February 8, the electronic-ethnic group Volga will give two concerts, allowing for some serious health improvement.

11:00 PM - Third Way Club (Pyatnitskaya, 4, Novokuznetskaya metro, Tretyakovskaya)

The group Volga was formed three years ago by Angela Manukyan and one of the most authoritative experimental musicians Alexey Borisov (Tsentr, Night Prospect, F.R.U.I.T.S.). They brought in experienced multi-instrumentalist Roman Lebedev (99%, Corrosion of Metal), outstanding artist Yuri Balashov, who plays exotic acoustic instruments of his own design, and talented video director Roman Anikushin. The project has managed to build a kind of bridge connecting the ritual pagan roots of ancient Russian folklore with the aesthetics of the modern electronic scene. The music of Volga captivates, immerses one in a state close to trance, penetrating the depths of the subconscious and spilling back with emotions and feelings. With its appearance, Volga disrupted the monopoly of decorative folk ensembles on exploiting the fashionable ethnic theme.
