Rubbery and Tense Music - Antonelli Electr

As part of the project 'Minimal for Lonely Men,' Antonelli Electr creates 'this rubbery and tense music made by a great master; it's not boom-chick-boom-chick, the music, although standing still, energetically rolls marbles,' wrote Andrey Gorokhov. Under the alias Antonelli Electr, techno dandy from Düsseldorf Stefan Schwander (also well-known as A Rocket In Dub) elegantly combines pop and electronic minimalism. Each of his digital sounds is meticulously refined, each vibrating in its own way - down to the tiniest click. This is pure digital music: very minimalist, economical, hedonistic - but always made with the dance floor in mind. During live performances, Antonelli Electr mainly works with sequencers and drum machines; he only uses a computer for studio work. Creating music for Stefan is a conceptual process: this is reflected not only in the music itself but also in its visual design - album covers and videos.
