Saint Petersburg. MayDay - Team X-Treme

This year in St. Petersburg, 'Kontrfors' and the German company Low Spirit are holding the Mayday festival of modern electronic music for the third time. For over a decade, MAYDAY has been the number one landmark, the largest and most technically advanced European electronic music festival. Today, MAYDAY has expanded beyond Germany to Poland, Hungary, Australia, and since 2001, Russia. The organizers not only arrange performances of MAYDAY participants, they bring the entire festival - special lighting, sound, concept, and a well-thought-out event schedule developed specifically for the SK 'Yubileyny'. Attending MAYDAY on that night will allow you to feel the atmosphere of the legendary German rave and hear true global techno music stars. For any promoter or partygoer, MAYDAY is much more than just the most famous European festival - it is the history of the development and formation of techno culture throughout Europe. The festival was conceived as an international project from the very beginning, with DJs and musicians from different countries and continents participating. The third Russian MAYDAY will take place, following tradition, in St. Petersburg at the 'Yubileyny' Sports Palace on May 9, 2004.
