Shlomi Aber releases State of No One

In October, Shlomi Aber will release his debut album on the Renaissance label, which is very suitable for home listening. Aber is another talented guy from Israel whose work combines house and techno with a slight hint of progressive. Having recorded the album "Sea of Sans" with Guy Gerber last year for the Cocoon label, the young musician has released his own singles "Crop Duster" and "Freakside" - the latter has already made it into the playlists of DJs such as Matthias Tanzmann, Marc Romboy, and Hernan Cattaneo.
But unlike Gerber's recently released debut album, for his album Aber preferred shorter tracks designed for home listening. "I liked the idea of recording a whole album (hopefully!) of beautiful electronic music," says Aber. "In my opinion, this is like modern chill-out music. But actually, I didn't think about the genre. I just hope it will bring people pleasure at the end of the day."
The 50-minute record consists of 12 tracks (including a new version of "Sea of Sand" and the main single "Moods") and represents good Israeli low-fi electronic music with vocal parts.
