Comedy, Comedy House by Jona

Despite the fact that the Belgian producer named Jonathan is not yet thirty, aficionados of his sound (including Mylo, Laurent Garnier, and the main forces of the Get Physical label) unanimously predict a great future for him. Jona himself approaches his work with a healthy dose of self-irony – just listen to his remix of M.A.N.D.Y. vs Booka Shade - Body Language (Get Physical, 2006) or visit his MySpace page, which categorically defines him as house-comedy-comedy and himself as 'just-a-joke'. Jokes aside, in just a few years, Jona has collaborated with labels such as Strobe Music, Toys For Boys, Get Physical, Fumakilla, Resopal Schallware, Serie rec., Color, and Strobe Extra (under the names Carsen Denaso and Fandango). Previously, Jona was a known guitarist (he still claims to be influenced by Joe Satriani’s music), taught by Gerard Jouffroy himself; later, he studied sound engineering. Recently, his second EP for Get Physical, Tizia, was released, and those who enjoy the bouncy and cheerful sound of Jona are eagerly awaiting not only his appearance in Moscow but also his debut album, once again, planned for release on Get Physical.
