Plus 8 Label Releases Its 100th Release

Berlin label Plus 8 Records, founded by Canadian enthusiasts Richie Hawtin and John Acquaviva, is releasing its 100th release Plus8100 - The Remixes. The label has been in existence for almost 20 years. Despite a decrease in activity over the past 12 months, the Plus 8 residents have decided to end 2009 with a bang. The tracklist of 22 tracks, which will only be released in digital format, features the names of the most prominent figures in the international electronic music scene. Remixes by Tiefschwarz, Paco Osuna, Funktion, Barem, Hobo, Skoozbot on tracks by Speedy J and Richie Hawtin under various creative pseudonyms...
