Steve Bug Recorded the Second 'The Lab'

Steve Bug is preparing to release a compilation for the British label NRK Music. The owner of the labels "The Poker Flat", "Dessous", and "Audiomatique", Steve can already record CD mixes with his eyes closed. It's no wonder that the new "The Lab" will be his eighth compilation. It's worth noting that the "The Lab" series was created by NRK label owner Nick Harris to showcase "forward thinking electronic dance music [and give] a platform for the selector to experiment with sound and rhythm." Steve Bug has taken the lead over Loco Dice, who released the first "The Lab" in April of this year.

Being well-known in European tech-house circles, Steve felt quite comfortable assembling the first disc. It features works by Chateau Flight, Dan Berkson, and James What, Rocco, and Dplay, and by the end, the DJ delved deeply, closing the disc with tracks from Nick Sole and STL.

Despite this, finishing the first disc on a rather subdued note, the DJ opens the second work with a fun disco track from The Revenge and Craig Smith "The Soul Part II". Next, the music becomes heavier with techno beats and is followed by compositions from Redshape, Cobblestone Jazz, Joris Voorn, and Ben Klock.
