Terence Fixmer at Mio dj-cafe

On September 27, Gigolo Party will take place at Mio dj-cafe. Terence Fixmer, a fan of such iconic bands as Nitzer EBB, Front 242, Skinny Puppy, and Daf, will perform an exclusive DJ set. Born in 1972 in Lille (northern France on the border with Belgium), Terence Fixmer discovered electronic body music at the age of 15, becoming a fan of Nitzer EBB, Front 242, Skinny Puppy, and Daf. In the late 80s and early 90s, he immersed himself in the electronic scene with the emergence of New Beat and techno in Belgium. Fixmer has been invited to perform at various clubs and parties such as Mayday, Nature One, Loveparade, Amnesia, Tresor, U60311, Fuse, Rex, and Trax. He manages to transfer the energy pulsating in his tracks – powerful EBM and techno – into his live performances. Currently, Fixmer is working on a new album with Douglas McCarthy, the vocalist of Nitzer Ebb. This fusion creates an explosive cocktail where the past meets the future.
