Tigerskin is the alter ego of a German musician also known as Dub Taylor or Alex Krueger, his real name. Alex has released more records in the past than we can count on respected European music labels such as Forcetracks, Morris Audio, among others. His bright releases and a decade of club experience have made each of his 'names' famous. Legends circulate about his live performances... Alex was born and raised in Berlin, where from an early age he developed his distinctive 'soft' house style: 'Deeper and fresher than the ocean in the Mariana Trench,' critics write about him. Alex's signature is recognizable: whether in live concerts or studio work, he always adds new touches to what is commonly referred to as modern dance music. Currently, one of the heroes of German electronic music has signed a contract with the record company Resopal, where he is preparing for the release of his new album—both on double vinyl and CDs. The album, titled 'Back in the Days,' showcases a new direction in Alex's music—a unique blend of retro style with the artist's signature sound. The recording kicks off with the track 'Do it alright,' energetic basslines plus the 'warm' sound of house chords and tender vocals, undeniably creating a summer mood. The album is filled with excellent rhythms and musical patterns in the classic traditions of the 'old school,' creating a completely hypnotic atmosphere on the dance floor, with the track 'We were here' reminiscent of Metro Area.
