Label Uplifto proudly presents the debut album 'Follow Me' by the first beauty of the Moscow dance floor, Tina Charles. The enchanting Tina Charles is one of the most recognizable figures on the Russian club scene. Tina took her first musical steps with the popular girl group 'Cream', where she ended up by invitation of a friend. Over the course of three years, Tina toured half the country with the group, but the numerous performances, tours, and photoshoots did not bring her any emotional satisfaction. Even back then, her heart belonged to club music, and within the framework of pop music, Tina did not feel entirely comfortable. As a result, Tina Charles decided to completely change her life and started to master the 'turntables'. She explained her decision as follows: 'One day I realized that a pop artist on stage is absolutely predictable. Whereas a DJ's profession is not as monotonous and provides more room for creativity. I assure you, boys and girls from any 'producer' group dream of independent creativity, including DJing. But, alas, not everyone is given that chance.' Fortunately, God blessed Tina with DJ talent. In 2003, she made her debut as a DJ, and since then, the public has started to take Tina Charles seriously. Today, she can be found behind the decks of the best clubs in the capital. Tina is one of the most touring Moscow DJs with an extensive travel geography - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. Her status as an all-Russian celebrity is confirmed by the covers of Loaded magazine and 'Ne spati!', as well as numerous publications in various domestic 'glossies'. The year 2006 was a turning point in Tina Charles's music career. After signing with the Uplifto label, she spent almost ten months in the studio recording material for her debut solo album. The fusion of energetic progressive and electro with Tina's stunning vocals and the production talents of Sergey Pimenov, Nikolay Lebedev, and Roman Galushkin (aka Agent Smith) proved to be successful. The very first singles - the vocal tracks 'Flying in a Dream' and 'Follow Me' - caused a real sensation on Russian dance floors, becoming true club anthems of 2006. These undeniable hits, along with six brand new tracks, are included in Tina Charles's debut album.
