Trans-Siberian Express

For several years now, the Moscow duo Scsi-9 has been delighting us with releases on European labels. Their fresh twelve-inch "Transsibirsky Express" was released on the German label Neuton on March 21. The cover featuring the Moscow-Irkutsk train came in handy for their recent tour in the capital of Eastern Siberia. As if timed to the release of the record, Scsi-9's performance took place on March 25 at the Object 01 club in Irkutsk. Among the 3 tracks presented on the record, special attention should be paid to the composition "Pour ne Pas Perdre Le Coeur Dans L’Abime". The heavenly beauty of the melody combined with Scsi-9's signature style is just what is missing on a three-day journey by rail to the snow-covered Siberian lands. Very symbolic. The record is sure to be found in the bags of minimalist DJs and in the collections of lovers of beautiful music in general, who do not belong to any electronic communities. Returning to the label, it is worth mentioning that besides Scsi-9, it also features Detroit Grand Pubahs and Mia.
