Fans of battling with iPods can rejoice. Several online design magazines have featured a description of a special platform called 4 Leaf, which allows music from four iPod devices to be played back sequentially or simultaneously. In other words, the console enables professional music mixing for four different DJs thanks to a special 'four-leaf' software and its touch-sensitive surface. Each of the four flat panels resembles a traditional DJ deck. The track collection is transferred to the 4 Leaf using a special application. The selected song is put into the playback position. The graphical interface allows the DJ to monitor the rhythm and length of the track. The iPod itself is connected to the device via a separate connector. The music is output to power amplifiers via Bluetooth. The inventor behind this device is the designer Matthew Blythman.
