At the international electronics exhibition in Las Vegas, the company Angelis Labour presented a unique invention for audiophiles – the Gabriel vinyl record player. The turntable, made of aluminum, bronze, and stainless steel, looks like a retro specimen and has a mechanical device. Perhaps the most amazing thing about Gabriel is its price, ranging from $27 to $64 thousand depending on the number of tonearms, which can go up to four. Each tonearm is made at an Italian factory that produces parts for Ferrari cars. You might ask – why four tonearms? To extract sound of different quality according to the musical genre. The player has not yet been released for sale as the manufacturing company is looking for a suitable distributor. However, at this stage, the creators of Gabriel have already rejected the idea of distributing the expensive equipment over the Internet, apparently wanting to emphasize its exclusivity and high class. It is worth noting that Gabriel is not the only player in this price category. Before it, the German Clearaudio Statement was released, costing twice as much and also having four tonearms.
