Eighth anniversary of the legendary club XIII

In March 2006, the legendary Moscow club turns eight years old. XIII celebrates this holiday with a two-day ball with the participation of the brightest social characters of the capital, regular guests of the club, resident DJs Grad, Kolya, Smile, Miller and Galin, as well as a special guest of the evening - the young Spanish genius, resident of the Pacha Ibiza club Wally Lopez. XIII forever inscribed his name in the history of the Russian club movement. XIII was the first to use the concept of a "club-theater" with themed parties, colorful decorations, costume shows and complex lighting effects. The famous theme parties “The Master and Margarita”, Manumission, Renaissance Alice In Wonderland, Freakolution, Prohibition and Mickey Mouse S&M are remembered by the Moscow club to this day.
XIII introduced the fashion for the progressive house musical style in Moscow. Guests at XIII included celebrities such as Sasha, Paul Oakenfold, David Guetta, Eric Morillo, Deep Dish, John Digweed, Pete Tong, Little Lou Vega, Boy George, Dave Seaman, Anthony Pappa, Futureshock and many others. Deep Dish's set at XIII formed the basis for the Global Underground: Moscow compilation, which sold millions of copies around the world. And DJ Breeder even recorded the track Carnival XIII, dedicated to his favorite Moscow club. XIII became the first club to host its own parties in legendary Ibiza, at the famous El Divino club.
XIII introduced the fashion for celebrating Halloween in Moscow. Now the traditional Halloween XIII is the country's main club carnival. The fame of XIII crossed the borders of Russia - international celebrities Harrison Ford, Marilyn Manson, Katie Guetta and Fatboy Slim had fun at the club. XIII will celebrate his eighth birthday with a two-day ball with the participation of the most prominent social characters in Moscow. The ancient mansion on Myasnitskaya, 13 will be decorated to resemble the Palace of Versailles, where the kings of the Moscow club scene give a ball on the occasion of their birthday. The visual design of the parties is provided by decorators from the Mosfilm film studio, who collaborated with the club on the Halloween XIII project. The XIII birthday will be held in the best of format: on these nights the club will present to the public a digest of the best costume shows associated with the XIII brand. On March 17 and 18, fragments of the cult productions Prohibitions, Alice In Wonderland, Mickey Mouse S&M, “The Master and Margarita,” Marquise De Sade, Manumission, etc. will be shown. Famous Moscow DJs Grad and Kolya, whose stellar career began with a residency at XIII, will perform at the club’s birthday. Grad and Kolya are an important part of the club's history. Their names are still associated with the heyday of the “old XIII” and the club culture of Moscow in general. According to the results of 2005, Grad and Kolya take third and fourth place in the list of the most popular DJs in Russia. Special guest XIII is the famous Spanish DJ, resident of the Pacha Ibiza club Wally Lopez. Wally Lopez's star lit up in 2002, when the authoritative Mixmag magazine declared him "DJ of the Year." For three years Wally Lopez has been a permanent resident of the main club in Ibiza. His style - overflowing with the Spanish passions of Iberian House - perfectly suits the tastes of the capital's public.
