Welcoming April at Dombai. Dakine Camp Dombai 2006

From March 26 to April 9, 2006, the annual IX snowboard camp Dakine Camp Dombai 2006 will take place at the Dombai ski resort. We have been welcoming spring at Dombai for the ninth year in a row! The best riders of Russia and beyond consider it their duty to participate at Dombai, and this year European pros will also join in, but more details will follow later... Where else can team managers of top brands, journalists, camera operators, and photographers appreciate both amateur and 'pro' levels, sum up the season before the upcoming summer, and conduct photo and video sessions? Of course, at Dombai, in one of the best snow parks in Russia! Despite the park being built for only two spring weeks, the quality of building the ramps is top-notch in every sense of the word. The camp is located near the cable car 'Yugoslavia' at an altitude of two thousand meters above sea level, and its construction is supervised by the certified architect Maxim Gankin! This year, as tradition dictates, two series of features will be constructed in the park – for amateurs and professionals. Let's not forget that the Dombai camps are not just about the park but also about a special atmosphere, maintained year after year by DJs Flammable Beats Vinilkin and Chagin, and other equally beloved ones. An added bonus is the graffiti, which refreshes with 'fun pictures' not only the park but also the cable car and the village every year. As always, chaotic fun is expected at the camp opening, which will take place under the starry sky on Mount Mussa-Achitara, hosting the snowboard camp for the ninth consecutive time.
