New version of Logic Studio released

Apple has released the second edition of its multimedia software package Logic Studio for musicians and anyone interested in creating music on a computer. The new package includes Logic Pro 9, MainStage 2, Soundtrack Pro 3, Compressor 3.5, and WaveBurner 1.6. Additionally, Logic Studio now includes all 6 Apple Jam Pack loop sets with built-in effects, as well as high-quality music loops, EXS24 samples, and impulse response files. The main component of Logic Studio, Logic Pro 9, has been improved for guitarists with modules like Amp Designer for modeling guitar amplifier cascades and Pedalboard for simulating effects pedal operation. New guitar effects previously only available in GarageBand from the iLife '09 pack are now included in Logic Pro 9.
