We Are Proud Of Our Choices – new release Ewan Pearson

Based in Berlin, Ewan Pearson will release the next CD in the mix series on the Kompakt label at the beginning of the new 2010. The release titled 'We Are Proud Of Our Choices' should delight the musician's fans, whose last mix was released on the British label Fabric in 2007. Pearson is a prominent figure in the electronic dance scene, known for remixes for Tracey Thorn, Delphic, M83, The Rapture, and Lost Valentinos. The artist's latest album 'Piece Work' featured mixes solely produced by himself. The new work for Kompakt brings together several samples of fresh musical material. For example, a remix by the current producer Gold Panda of a Lemonade project track, compositions by musicians Little Dragon, Al Usher (one of Ewan Pearson's projects), and Chris Fortier. 'I tried to make the album as sensual as all Kompakt releases, gathering music that I like most at the moment,' describes his release Ewan Pearson. The album's release date is February 15, 2010.
