World Wide Clubbing - X-press 2 in Moscow

On April 25, 2003, the famous British trio X-Press 2 will perform at the Old Theater on Plyushchikha. This X-Press 2 performance is the second party of the sensational parties series called World Wide Clubbing. Participants of this mini-festival will be able to virtually travel to clubbing capitals around the world, experience the amazing atmosphere of these places, and see the planet's famous DJs. A total of five thematic parties are planned, covering the five main entertainment capitals on Earth. As part of this project, the legendary DJ and producer Pete Tong (BBC Radio One) has already performed in Moscow. Upcoming performances include Deep Dish group (June 13), Erick Morillo (August 29), and Chemical Brothers (date to be confirmed). The second party of the World Wide Clubbing series will be held under the sign of Ibiza. This dancing island earned its nickname in the mid-80s when a group of English promoters led by Pete Tong landed on Ibiza. They organized several parties on the island where only house music played. The following summer, the number of visitors doubled, and Ibiza soon became a Mecca for clubbers worldwide. X-Press 2's rise in the party scene began with their success in Ibiza. Their live performances at the giant clubs Pacha and Privilege became legendary. They work as a trio behind the DJ booth, playing their music on 6 (!) turntables, turning their performances into energetic jam sessions worthy of a rock concert. After X-Press 2's performance, critics who previously considered house music 'dead' completely changed their minds. This talented showmanship opened the doors for them to the most prestigious clubs on the planet. Today, X-Press 2 are headliners at the most famous parties on the planet, Subliminal at the bohemian club Pacha in Ibiza. On April 25, 2003, from 22:00 to 6:00, X-press 2 will have a live show on 6 decks & 3 mixers at the Old Theater, Plyushchikha 64, along with DJs Kolya, Grad, Aram Mantana, and Lavski. Another X-press 2 performance will take place on April 26 at the Shambala club.
