Horvat Sergej in Podval
Клубные российские · 30.01.2007
For Sergej this visit to Moscow will not be the first. In the mid-nineties, he studied in the capital and even opened one of the first fashion stores here. After many years of living in London and his native Zagreb, he returns to Russia to conquer the dance floors. He first presented his DJ talent to the public in 2000 and quickly secured his place as a resident in the legendary Zagreb club Aquarius. Around the same time, Sergej and his like-minded people began a series of Sunday parties under the name Frequency Crew. To support these parties, Sergej records a promo mix consisting exclusively of compositions by Croatian musicians.\nAt one of the parties, Sergej meets Marco Pelaic, better known as Home Boy, and together they form the duet "Becari". \nIn 2005, Sergej became one of the founders of the Home Made label, the first release of which was the album of the young Croatian techno talent Davor O, which received the most flattering reviews.\nAt the moment, Sergej continues to be closely involved with the Home Made label, working with such artists as Davor O, Zarkoff, Home Boy, Vitamin K and Becari, and, of course, performing as a DJ. You can enjoy Sergej’s music in the Basement on February 2, where he will be accompanied by long-established DJs Djungl, Sanchez and Sapunov.\nFebruary 2, Friday, the Podval club presents a performance by Croatian Sergej
