We often hear inappropriate statements from DJs like 'Music is the main thing,' but when it comes to talking about Lottie, it's probably the most appropriate comment. Music has become her first love, today it's more like an obsession. Working in the studio, in clubs, and on the national radio BBC Radio One, she plays music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, only interrupting for sleep and food. Charlotte Horne first dreamed of becoming a ballerina, then a pop star, spending enough time in front of the mirror singing popular songs, using a hairbrush as a microphone. In a cute childhood photo of Lottie, we can see her at the moment of her first enchantment with vinyl - she plays an old record wearing old huge red headphones on her head. Inspired by her annual joint performances at the Miami Winter Music Conference, Lottie and her friend Caroline Prothero started their own signature party Missdemeanours in 1998, which initially took place at the famous The Saint Bar, and for the last 3 years at AKA club. Designed as a Miami party where close friends could gather to drink and dance, Missdemeanours party became known as 'special little parties.' Created as a hobby, the Missdemeanours record label was launched in 2002. Lottie's debut record 'Aficianados' was recorded with her friends Steve Mac and Mutiny. Despite frequent offers to work on remixes, Lottie devotes more time to her own tracks. In her childhood, Lottie had a habit of recording the UK Top 40 radio program every week on a tape recorder and then cutting out all the comments and voices. 'I was very skillful. These recordings were edited perfectly. Only Music and Music again.' Her 'radio experience' came in handy in 1999 when Lottie's radio show Missdemeanours started airing on national radio Atlantic 252. This summer, Lottie's third single 'Super Killer' will be released on Duty Free Records. Despite her diverse interests, Lottie's main love remains DJ-ing. Her touring schedule is filled with the most diverse exotic places on this planet. However, Turnmills remains her favorite club - 'I regularly play my best sets here. I could work in this club for 10 hours.' When she says this, her eyes shine. So what makes her play so unique? You just have to see it with your own eyes. She is something very special!!!
