They are still completely unknown in Russia. Europe is in love with their music. The legendary English DJ John Peel (who discovered such stars as Orbital, Pulp, Siouxsie and the Banshees) was thrilled by the demo album of the little-known Zaporizhzhia group Fotomoto. As a result, nine tracks from this disk got into BBC Radio1, and over time their compositions began to be aired across Europe, from Germany to Romania and Italy. The path of Fotomoto from Ukraine to Russia was long, winding, and extremely unpredictable.
