In the early 90s, Louie Devito worked as a simple builder, and in his free time learned to mix records. All his dreams came down to one goal – to be involved in New York's dance culture. Gaining experience, he got a job in radio, where he soon started his own radio show. With the rise of his popularity as a DJ and his show in 1999, Louie decided to release his first compilation. Instead of the expected sales of 5,000 copies, his disc sold an unimaginable 60,000 copies for a DJ!!! From that moment he entered the elite of American DJs and became the top-selling dance music artist in the USA according to Billboard. In 2007, he was named "Best DJ in America" by the world-renowned TV show GQ Men Of The Year. After a sensational opening of a branch of the famous club Pacha in New York, he became a frequent guest there as a DJ.

Winning the hearts of clubbers and the management of Pacha, Louie began collaborating with this global label. After trial CDs with support from label residents like Sarah Main, he finally released his first double solo mix Louie Devito - Pacha New York on Pacha Recordings.
