The Choice collection is quickly becoming an encyclopedic collection of modern classics of club culture. The releases in this series feature compositions from the most popular DJs and tracks that they believe represent the classics of club culture or will become such in the near future. For them, it's an opportunity to connect their own musical history with the tracks that inspired them at various stages of their creative journey and shaped them into who they are now. The double CD by Danny was assembled without pretensions of being a historical artifact of dance music. Unlike the fraudster from Losing My Edge, Danny is too honest to pretend he was there at the birth of Paradise Garage or sold marijuana at Hacienda. This is his own story. "These are the tracks that really influenced me," he says. "What makes me feel nostalgic and takes me back to the years when I first played at Bedrock with the famous DJs I looked up to."
