The American duo Gabriel & Dresden seems to have already achieved everything one could only dream of – constant tours in all countries and continents, hitting number one on the Billboard chart, even being recognized as "Best American DJs," which they also possess. In addition to various accolades, the project has a large number of very successful remixes, a full album "Gabriel & Dresden," recognized by many Western media as the best album of 2006 and has already undergone several re-releases. Their second mix, which is released in the "Toolroom Knights" series on the excellent English house label Toolroom, Gabriel & Dresden is preparing according to all the rules of modern DJ art. They selected the best tracks for a long time, then sat in the studio for a long time, trying to fit the tracks together—ultimately creating not just a banal DJ mix, but a full-fledged author’s work, fully justifying their numerous awards and accolades. The mix includes many new works by the duo, new works from Toolroom, as well as a lot of works from artists such as James Holden (by the way, in an exclusive version), Junior Boys, Claude VonStroke, The Knife, The Egg, Ozgur Can, Dubfire, and many others. In short, the tracklist resembles a beautiful diamond tiara, shimmering with all its radiant light. And the mix could not be described more accurately than "diamond."
