Бурундук квартет

Vadim Ugryumov, a product of the techno-house group TechnoDanceClub (TDC), was one of the first in Moscow to record minimal and deep techno music. Besides this, Vadim, a former member of the Triplex group, is a professional sound engineer, curator of the net label www.top-40.org representing Russian experimental music, and organizer of Urban Soundscape - a multimedia and audio-visual art festival in Moscow. Since 1995, Vadim has focused his attention on intellectual experiments with similar music. Leaving behind the classical rhythmic form of this genre, Motor emphasized the acoustic subtleties of noise in his sound. By chance, besides cold rhythmic compositions, indifferent noise ambiances began to appear, which can best be characterized as music for psychedelic video installations and performances.
