Dani Siciliano began in San Francisco simultaneously as a jazz singer and as a DJ. In the pivotal 90s, she met Matthew Herbert. The result of this meeting was a duet that was adored by intellectual aesthetes searching for joy in music. Herbert, an inventive electronic musician, owes much of his success as a producer to the characteristically slightly dry vocals of his wife - Dani. Currently, Dani lives in London and on September 19 releases her second solo album "Slappers." The full-length record "Dani Siciliano Likes" was released on the !K7 label two years ago - and became an event among music lovers, critics, and club audiences. Each of her works, according to the Western music press, "could only have been made today and not a moment earlier, it makes the head dance and the feet think."
