Gregor Tresher

Gregor Tresher is a German DJ and producer whose name was associated with the project Sniper Mode until 2006. Having achieved decent results in producing electro, at some point he decided to step towards techno. It is obvious that the direction was chosen correctly - it took the musician just a few months to attract the keen attention of several influential techno labels in Germany.

His works Neon and Still were released on Datapunk, while The Now People saw the light with the direct participation of Munich's Great Stuff. And finally, the biggest success of that period – the remix Vaeth vs. Rother – Komm, recognized by the German magazine Reveline as one of the best works of the year in its genre. The following track Full Range Madness, released in the Cocoon F compilation, only confirmed the extraordinary musical abilities of the new techno producer.

As for the latest news from Gregor Tresher's life, he willingly shared it himself: "I have big plans for 2009: new releases (the first one in March on Ovum - Josh Wink's label) and, most importantly, at the end of February I will finally open my own label. I have already had to play several tracks from upcoming releases – the reaction from people was fantastic. Soon I will start working on my new album, which I hope will be released in the fall.
