Initially consisting of one musician, namely Alexey Devyanin, also known as STUD, this remarkable collective, after several noisy releases on the mp3 label autoplate.org and the new Russian label Giperboloide, expanded to a duo by accepting Engineer Garin, known in narrow audiophile circles for his scientific, minimalist, yet innovative and sometimes intentionally dirty approach to creativity. Competing with each other while also organically complementing one another, these two forces at the intersection today give birth to what is called Gultskra Artikler. Gultskra Artikler is mysterious and unpredictable. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most interesting phenomena in the modern experimental space. Finely balancing on the edge of such relevant genres as electroacoustics, experimental electronics, audio installation, and sound design, this collective creates its unique artistic space and never tires of delighting the discerning audience with intricate sound canvases.
