RocketBoy

The Rocket Boy group represents a young generation of Izhevsk electronic musicians whose full-scale stage debut occurred at the Underwater Izhevsk News festival in December 2004. The collective's members—Ilnur and Ivan—were previously known from Izhevsk projects Bill Klizzma and Antiautti, whose music appeared on Kama Records compilations in 2002–2003. Today Rocketboy performs strikingly beautiful and original electro music evoking both contemporary trends and forgotten heroes of the past. Before their debut album's release, several tracks appeared on compilations including Light and Kama Records. From 2005 onward, the band received increasing invitations to perform in clubs across Russian cities, visiting Tula and Perm. On stage, they employ the cold, static style of electro pioneers while expertly commanding the dance floor.
