Sickboy

A chef in the kitchen of music, Sickboy cooks up his own mash of pop songs and timeless hits—but recognizing them in his execution is quite difficult, while getting scared is easy. Samples stretched in time and played backwards blend into a horror-filled collage. True digital hardcore, and calling his compositions remixes feels like an understatement. His collages are recognizable from the first seconds; his music is a trip that keeps listeners in suspense until the final note. Sickboy is one of the organizers of Belgium's loudest festival of extreme electronic music, Breakcore Gives Me Wood, and a regular participant in all European breakcore festivals.
