Hell – such a friendly name stuck to Vladimir once at the suggestion of a friend Zub during the rise of electroclash and music from Gigolo Records. Vova + Hell = the result is a perfectly logical creative pseudonym Bobhell. At that time, Vladimir, using minimal means of material presentation – guitar + vocals + laptop – performed at the club "Territory" with guitar-post-rock covers of tracks from such diverse characters as Herbert, DJ Shadow, Miss Kittin & Hacker, Joy Division, Royksopp, Green Velvet, R. Villalobos, and others...
The unusual interpretation of electronic music using makeshift guitar and DJ tools and voice was perceived as extremely interesting, but for Vova, it was, rather, another step. Seeking to materialize a long-standing passion for deep-tech-electro-house music and various kinds of eclecticism in his own work, Vladimir locks himself, so to speak, in his bedroom, in his modest studio, and crafts an original sound. The subsequent live performances in clubs like "Okno", "Club on Brestskaya" (Syntek-2 festival, summer of 2005), "Propaganda", and other venues helped to gain the necessary experience, positive feedback, and determined further development.
