The Invisible

The Invisible consists of guitarist and singer Dave Okumu, drummer Leo Taylor, and double bassist Tom Herbert.

Okumu and Taylor are members of the live band of Matthew Herbert. These musicians work on studio recordings for Amy Winehouse and Roisin Murphy. They collaborate with bands Hot Chip and Acoustic Ladyland. Tom Herbert plays in the non-jazz group Polar Bear.

British music critics (NME, Q, BBC, The Wire) recognized The Invisible's debut album as one of the most impressive of the year and heard in the experimental tracks a connection with a wide range of musicians from Prince to Sonic Youth.
